VAT identification number
A VAT identification number pursuant to Section 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act does not exist. Strido is not entered in the commercial register.

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act – VSBG).
The previously mandatory link to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform no longer applies; the platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
